Join the Political Education Committee for our annual reflection and planning meeting. Together we will debrief projects from the past year and brainstorm projects for the upcoming year.

At PGH DSA's monthly labor happy hour, we invite anyone interested in getting to know workers across the city who are organizing their workplaces, strengthening their unions, and building up the power of the working class. Bring a co-worker!

Control of our own bodies is a fundamental human right which is frequently under attack by fascists. The Bodily Autonomy Committee strives to realize bodily autonomy for all individuals through reproductive freedom and freedom for individuals to choose how their bodies align to their genders.

This committee will meet the first Thursday of every month. Members and guests are both welcome to join our meetings and events!

Pittsburgh DSA, Sunrise Pittsburgh, and Tartan Bike Project are holding a free bike repair skillshare and clinic at Fridays at the Forge. Come out for free minor bike repairs and tune-ups, and to learn the basics of how to maintain and care for your bike!

Want to learn how to fix a laptop? Does your laptop need repaired? Stop by the Tech2U Repair Clinic & Resource Share on Sunday, August 17th from 1pm-5pm at Community Forge! We will be repairing laptops, teaching others how to repair laptops, and donating the repaired laptops to people who need them! Feel free to bring any laptops that you would like to donate, or your own laptop if you want to try and figure out what's going on with it. Please do not bring desktops, or other office devices. Only laptops will be accepted as donations. Hope to see you there!

Overview: Preventing and undoing harm caused by police, the prison industrial complex, and the military industrial complex, both in the US and abroad
