Time Limits during Debate
A member, having obtained the floor while a debatable motion is immediately pending, can speak no longer than three minutes unless they obtain the consent of the assembly.
Voting Procedures
The normal method of voting by in-person attendees to meetings of any body of Pittsburgh DSA shall be by voting card, as described in RONR ยง 45:16, and such cards shall be distributed to all those entitled to vote in such meetings upon their arrival.
